IED defused

defused an Improvised Explosive Device fitted with a mobile set on Rajouri-Poonch highway in Jammu and Kashmir.

The Road Opening Party of the Army detected the IED on the Rajouri-Poonch highway at Dolagra, PRO Defence Col R K Palta said.

The road traffic on the highway was suspended and the IED was defused averting a possible tragedy, he said.
