Institute of Cost Accountants of India elects Balwinder Singh as president

The Institute of Cost Accountants of India on Tuesday said Balwinder Singh has been elected as its president.
Biswarup Basu would be the vice president, a release said.
They were elected during the institute's council meeting held in Kolkata on Monday.
The institute is a statutory body and regulates the profession of cost and management accountancy, besides enrolling students for related courses and undertaking research programmes in the field, among other functions.
