The 63-year-old actor believes that cast, crew, moviegoers are more critical of intimate scenes as compared to action as they feel they can relate to it, reported Contactmusic.
"The hardest thing about sex scenes is that everybody is a judge. I don't know the last time you murdered somebody or blew anyone's brains out, but everyone has had sex, and probably this morning, which means everyone has an opinion on how it should be done," he said.
Douglas, who is married to Catherine Zeta-Jones and has two children, Carys, 10, and Dylan, 12 with the actress, said he wanted to make use of most of his life and career.
