"Israel can share its experiences with Puducherry and the main areas where this initiative can be made relate to water treatment, irrigation, re-usage of water,agriculture, culture, education and medicine," Dov Segev-Steinberg, acting Consul General of Israel headquartered in Bangalore, said.
The acting consul General, who earlier held discussions with Chief Minister N Rangasamy, said relations between India and Israel were excellent and were advancing from strength to strength.
He also referred to the highlights in relations between the two countries in the fields of culture and art.
The Acting Consul General, who had earlier visited the Aurobindo Ashram and paid homage at the memorials of Aurobindo and his spiritual collaborator 'The Mother'.
