He further said that 20 new police stations have been created by upgrading police posts during the same period in the state.
The highest number of 13 police posts have been created in Jammu district, followed by 12 such posts in Reasi district, 11 in Kishtwar, 10 in Kulgam, 8 in Bandipora districts, six each in Anantnag, Samba and Doda districts.
