The TV star paid USD 960,000 for the Hollywood property in 2008 and had only listed it for a short time before he found a buyer, reported TMZ.
The two-bedroom apartment is located in a nine story building and comes with a rooftop pool from which you can see the entire skyline of Hollywood and the city's famous landmarks such as the Capitol Records building.
Although he has sold his condo, Osbourne still lives in Los Angeles with his wife Lisa and their 19-month-old daughter Pearl.
