Karunandihi's account "Kalaignar89" in social networking (https://www.Facebook.Com/Kalaignar89) site Facebook was launched in 2012.
On his followers crossing the 2,00,000 mark, Karunanidhi, a prolific writer, hailed the party cadres for being the "veins" of DMK that makes it a "fort" and thanked them for their support.
