The model, 39, who is married to guitarist Jamie Hince, said cucumber and ice water are good for skin, reported Sun online.
"I fill a sink with ice and cucumber. It tightens everything, making you look and feel awake. It's a bit Joan Crawford but it works," she said.
Moss also hailed ex-model Jerry Hall, 56, as one of her idols.
"Seventies girls were ready for anything - most importantly, a good time," she added.
