The road show that started at Valmiki Sadan at Mandir Marg made its way through Panchkuian Road, Railway colony, Palika Dham with hundreds of party supporters in tow.
"Just amazing response. Unbelievable. Kuch adbhut hi ho raha hai. Its all divine," Kejriwal tweeted.
The AAP leader had handed a humiliating defeat to then Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit in the prestigious New Delhi constituency by a margin of over 22,000 votes.
"I am battling hard for all you people, this is my fight against corruption and to make Delhi a world class city," he told a group of people at Railway Colony.
At Palika Dham, a crowd, consisting mostly of sanitation workers gathered in his support. Later he also visited the local 'Andh Vidyalaya' (School for the visually challenged).
The AAP chief held a series of closed-door meetings with party workers at few places keeping media persons at bay as according to an AAP supporter, he wanted to reach out to maximum number of voters.
The AAP chief, who covered a total of 25 places in the constituency, also exuded hope of winning the elections saying the party was "following the path of truth".
"God is with us because we are following the path of truth. It's the BJP's 'dharam' to attack others," he said.
Earlier in a tweet, Kejriwal invoked Mahabharata to make a similar point.
"In Mahabharata, Duryodhana had demanded soldiers from Shri Krishna. While Arjun had just asked for Shri Krishna's assistance. Today, BJP has the entire administrative apparatus with it. We have God with us," he said.
