During the visit, various professional and social interactions have been planned at the Southern Naval Command.
The Commanding Officers ofSri Lanka NavalShips called on the Chief of Staff Southern Naval Command R J Nadkarni, a Navy release said.
Other planned interactions during the stay of the Lankan ships include exchange of visits by specialist officers and personnel from both the naviesas well as sports interactions, it said.
SLNS Sayura is an Offshore Patrol Vessel, while Suranimila is a Fast attack vessel (Missile) commanded byCaptain Prasanna Amardasa and Captain P Vithana USP, respectively.
