Lauren posted the first look of the film on Twitter. It shows a green-coloured board with 'Welcome 2 Karachi' written on it in English and Urdu. The board also bears the words 'confusion' and 'ahead'.
"The first look of my next film #WelcomeToKarachi is now out," tweeted Lauren. Jackky also tweeted the same photograph.
Lauren made her Bollywood debut with Remo D'Souza's "ABCD: Any Body Can Dance" in 2013. She makes a special appreance in Dibakar Banerjee's "Detective Byomkesh Bakshy!", in the song "Calcutta Kiss".
The film is about two Indians, who land in Karachi, Pakistan without their passports.
