Additional Sessions judge Neena Ashapure found them guilty of murder, attempt to murder and other offences under IPC and also under Arms Act.
Of the 21 convicts, five were already in jail, Public Prosecutor Suresh Chandra Jaloria said.
The case related to the murder of Lokesh Gavli (25) and another man on October 27, 2011, following an old enmity, in Kumhargadda area of Dhar city on the occasion of Govardhan Puja.
Led by Munnalal Yadav, the accused attacked Lokesh and his family members with sharp-edged weapons and firearms and killed him on the spot, said Jaloria. Other victim, Raju Mehta (33), died later.
