About 21 people were killed and 12 others injured when a bus fell into a drain and caught fire in Panna district of the state yesterday.
"The House expresses its profound sorrow on this tragic incident which has brought pain and suffering to the bereaved families and wishes speedy recovery to the injured," Speaker Sumitra Mahajan said.
As a mark of respect for the departed, the House stood in silence for a short while.
