Man electrocuted in Baramulla

One person was electrocuted after he came in contact with a live wire in an orchard in Baramulla district of north Kashmir today, police said.
Ghulam Mohammad Lone, a resident of Lorihama village, was cutting grass in an orchard at Parraypora-Hadipora in Dangiwacha area when he accidentally touched the electricity wire, a police spokesman said.
He said Lone died instantly and later his body was handed over to his relatives for last rites.
