A woman was also killed after being hit by the car of the suspect which was being chased by the Andhra Police.
"A three-member team of the Andhra Pradesh Police was chasing the car of Bheem Singh and Bharat Purohit. Singh had been evading arrest in a dacoity case," Additional SP Jalore Jassaram Bose said.
Singh lost control over the car and it hit Damta Jogi, 55, leading to her death.
The Andhra Police opened fire on the duo leading to the death of Singh, while Purohit was injured.
