The 39-year-old mother of one said she felt like an "imposter" compared to the other heroes at the Tesco Mum Of The Year Awards, reported Daily Star.
"I feel humbled to be in a room with women who have done such incredible things. I feel like an imposter. It is so lovely to be recognised as a good mum," Chisholm said.
Sporty Spice, whose daughter Scarlet is four, was chosen for her support of charities.
Her gong was presented by Big Brother winner Rylan Clark and actress Chelsee Healey, 24, who shared a tent with Chisholm on a Zambezi Comic Relief trek.
The ceremony, hosted by journalist Fiona Phillips, 52, will be screened on Channel 5 on Mothers' Day.
