The incidents occurred at Ankuli in Berhampur and Gobindapur villages during Kumar Purnima celebrations yesterday.
The miscreants allegedly damaged a police vehicle at Ankuli, the police said.
While a special police officer (SPO) of Sheragada police station was seriously injured at Gobindapur village, a home guard was injured when the miscreants allegedly attacked him, the police said.
The SPO was shifted to Visakhapatnam from MKCG Medical College and Hospital here while his condition worsened, the police said.
