Referring to the special representation received from the Lokayukt in this regard, Governor has asked the chief minister to promptly make available his and chief secretary's explanatory memorandum in connection with the action taken by the government on the recommendations of the Lokayukta, a Rajbhawan release said here.
The letter states that the Lokayukta, after completing the investigations, had found these four ministers and eight other officials and employees guilty of corruption and other charges and had also made his recommendations expecting to be apprised of the action taken in three months time, which has now lapsed.
