However, the club's secretary, when contacted, did not comment on the issue.
"The portion inside the club has been constructed without authorisation and violates building norms. The area was sealed today," a senior NDMC official said.
Tightening its noose over unauthorised constructions, buildings without clearances from the fire department and establishments with pending dues of user conversion charges, the NDMC has sealed several outlets, restaurants and buildings since last month.
