Ninety persons from about six villages of Ghat development block in the district began showing symptoms of food poisoning after eating at a shraddha feast organised by a resident of Mataijokapani village of the district, Ghat PHC incharge Dr Mukesh Pal said.
Ten out of those affected were referred to the district hospital here, whereas, 80 of them are being treated in the village itself with teams of doctors from Gopeshwar attending on them, he said.
