The company had posted a net profit of Rs 4.53 crore for the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, ITDC said in a filing to the BSE.
Standalone total income from operations also rose to Rs 143.98 crore for the quarter under consideration as against Rs 117.71 crore for the same period year ago.
The company posted a standalone net profit of Rs 34.36 crore for the financial year ended March this year. It was Rs 9.42 crore for the previous fiscal year.
In a separate filing to BSE, ITDC said it's board has recommended a dividend of 20 per cent on the equity share capital of the company.
Shares of India Tourism Development Corporation today closed at Rs 153.50 on BSE, down 4.42 per cent from it's previous close.
