The last time such a booklet was published, was 28 years ago when the Haryana State Electricity Board came out with its Sales Manual in 1985.
Speaking on the occasion, Yadav said publication of the new edition would help all electricity consumers to have a clear view of UHBVN's instructions.
These instructions are not only mandatory as per standards of performance, but are also very useful to officials dealing with day-to-day billing problems, he said.
All sales circulars and instructions issued after 1985 have been added in this manual for benefit of consumers, the minister said.
