New Zealand were 33 for one in their first innings at tea on the second day of the second cricket Test against Australia at the WACA Ground here today.
Replying to Australia's first innings total of 559 for nine declared, Kane Williamson was on 17 and Tom Latham on 13.
Martin Guptill (1) was the only New Zealand wicket to fall, trapped leg-before by Mitchell Starc with the score on six.
