A suicide note was recovered from the site, police said.
In the note, Ankita said that no one was responsible for her suicide and she had taken the extreme step as she did not want to live, police said.
"Ankita also mentioned of Ajit in her suicide note, who is doctor. She said in her suicide note that her body should be cremated by Ajit," Hardayal Yadav, Station Officer, Vijay Nagar said.
Police will soon interrogate Ajit, who is a resident of Dilshad Garden of Delhi, added Yadav.
Police, however, are yet to probe as to how she had ended up in the Crossing Republic compound.
