Police conducted a raid in Tooteray village in R S Pura border area last night and nabbed Balbir Singh with a truck loaded with 216 LPG cylinders, police said today.
Balbir had loaded the truck with LPG cylinders at Bari Brahmana and was supposed to deliver them in Rajouri for an army supply, but he took the truck to his village for pilfering gas cylinders, police said.
