The case was based on the references filed with National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq by lawmakers of ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) in August to disqualify 64-year-old Khan from parliament.
The Speaker approved the case and sent to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to hold judicial hearing and take further action to unseat him.
A five-member ECP bench headed by chief election commissioner Sardar Raza Khan in the verdict rejected the disqualification pleas.
