PDP set an example of good governance in J-K: Mufti

PDP patron Mufti Mohmmad Sayeed today said that his party's policies and programmes are formulated to address aspirations of all the regions of the state.
"The PDP-led regime has set an example of good governance and carved out a path of equitable development in the state," said Sayeed at a function held to welcome lawyer A V Gupta who had joined the party recently.
"It is my desire to make Jammu and Kashmir an island of peace wherein every individual will get equal opportunities for growth and development", he said.
While highlighting achievements of his government, the PDP patron reminded the gathering that after the formation of the PDP government, various projects were started for the development of the Jammu region.

"It was only during the PDP-led regime that Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh regions were equally empowered and all regions were given equal share in development", he claimed.
