The company had reported net profit of Rs 81.30 crore in the January-March quarter of previous fiscal.
However, Pidilite Industries' consolidated net sales during the quarter under review increased to Rs 985.47 crore as against Rs 833.40 crore in the corresponding period last year, the company said in a filing with BSE.
Pidilite Industries' consolidated net profit for the financial year 2013-14 also increased to Rs 449.80 crore from Rs 423.97 crore in the previous fiscal.
Shares of Pidilite Industries today closed at Rs 324.50 apiece on the BSE, up 0.65 per cent from previous close.
