"Congress has started an operation to shield its party leaders who were involved in the coal scam. The CBI has been misused and it is being done under PMO's instructions," BJP spokesperson Kirit Somaiya said.
He was talking to reporters on the concluding day of the 48-hour satyagarh by state BJP Chief Shamsher Singh Manhas here.
"BJP wants to know as to why not even one minister has been interrogated," he said.
