Prabhu condoles Shashi Bala's death

Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu and sports fraternity of the Indian Railways today expressed profound grief over the tragic demise of the noted hockey player Shashi Bala.
She passed away along with her 15-year-old son in a road accident in Punjab yesterday, an official release said.
Bala was coach of Indian Railway's Women Hockey Team and had been captain of Indian women hockey team for many years.
She was well known for her great role in bringing Indian Railway women hockey to international level, it said.
