On the sidelines of Sangat darshan programme in Jandiala Guru Assembly segment here, the Chief Minister said that he had devoted his entire life to serve the state with the sole aim of ensuring its overall development and prosperity of its people.
He said that it was wrong to categorise any city/town or constituency as VIP because their government was committed for development of the entire state.
"Allegations regarding special treatment were totally baseless as we have already embarked a special scheme to ensure that every town of the state was equipped with state-of-the-art basic amenities to give facelift to the state," he added.
Yesterday, BJP's Chief Parliamentary Secretary Navjot Kaur had charged the government with lopsided development.
The Chief Minister categorically said Navjot Kaur was like his daughter and he would personally ensure the early resolution of all the issues raised by her.
Badal said that he was the most accessible person in the state and every person could meet him with ease.
He said that the pictures (of Badal) pasted on Ambulances didn't affect the delivery of quality health services to the people.
Badal said that his picture was hardly any issue and the state government would take an appropriate call in this regard after due deliberations.
"I hardly have any fad for pasting my pictures on the ambulances but actually the Health department has pasted it," he added.
He said that the Union government has given several key projects to the state, which would be instrumental in putting the state further on a high growth trajectory.
He hailed the NDA government for allocating prestigious projects like All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and Post Graduate Horticulture Research and Educational Institute.
