Voter turnout stood at 64 per cent till 3 pm across 704 gram panchayats in Rajasthan where elections are being held on Sunday, according to an official of the State Election Commission.
The elections are being conducted for the post of sarpanch and ward panch in 707 gram panchayats of 17 districts in the state, where20.61 lakh voters are registered.
