Reshuffle of IAS officials in Jharkhand

The Jharkhand government today effected a major reshuffle among IAS officials.
Additional Chief Secretary Sudhir Prasad has been given the charge of Drinking Water and Sanitation with the additional charge of Excise and Prohibition while Principal Secretary Aditya Swaroop has been entrusted with Animal Husbandry and Fisheries departments, an official release said here.
Principal Secretary B K Tripathy takes over the departments of Health and Family Welfare with additional charge of the Department of Cooperative while Principal Secretary K Vidya Sagar has been given Human Resource Development.
Principal Secretary Mridula Sinha gets Housing Department with additional charge of Examination Controller of Jharkhand State Combined Competitive Entrance Examination Board.

Principal Secretary D K Tiwari takes over Department of Planning & Development with additional charges of Mines/Geology and Managing Director of Greater Ranchi Development Authority.
Principal Secretary S K Satpathy has been given the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reforms, Raj Bhasha and additional charge of Rural Works Department.

Principal Secretary Arun Kumar Singh takes over the Department of Disaster Management while Principal Secretary Avinash Kumar has been given the Water Resources Department.
K K Khandelwal has been made the new South Chhotanagpur Divisional Commissioner while Surendra Singh has been made the new Divisional Commissioner of North Chhotanagpur.
Principal Secretary L Khiangte takes over the Welfare Department with additional charge of Panchayat Raj & NREP (Special Division).

Principal Secretary Alka Tiwari has been given Forest & Environment Department with additional charge of Food, Public Distribution System and Consumer Affairs.
Rajiv Arun Ekka is the new secretary of Social Welfare Department while Ajay Kumar Singh takes over as secretary, Urban Development.
Satyandra Singh is the new secretary of the Registration Department with the additional charge of Excise Commissioner while Arun is the new secretary of Rural Development Department.
M R Meena is the secretary of Commercial Taxes with the additional charges of Transport and Information & Public Relations Department, the release added.
