Rs 1 crore for Olympic silver winner shooter Vijay Kumar
Making the announcement minutes after Vijay Kumar, who hails from Hamirpur district of the state, won the silver, Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal said his name would also be recommended for Himachal Gaurav Award.
