The recovery was made yesterday from a densely forested area under Madanwada police station when a joint team of security forces was carrying out patrolling, a senior police official told PTI.
A squad of district force, Special Task Force (STF) and 27thbattalion of Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP)had launched the operation on Saturday keeping in view that ultras may create disturbance during Peoples' Liberation Guerilla Army(PLGA)weekbeing observed by them fromDecember2 to 8, the official said.
While cordoning off a forested hill yesterday between Edma and Murjhar village, the patrolling team located the dump from where they recovered a fax machine, charger, lead wire, hand grenade, printer cartridge, ink bottles, three self-made stretchers to carry injured or sick members and water bottles, he added.
