A seventh standard student ended his life after his father refused to allow him to ride motorcycle in Karimnagar district of Telangana on Thursday.
According to the police, Chilmuri Srikanth (13), a seventh standard student of Jammikunta police limits, asked his father Ramulu, to give him his bike for a ride.
Ramulu refused as Srikanth was still a minor. Frustrated with his father's attitude, Srikanth went inside the house and hanged himself from the ceiling fan.
His father took his son Srikanth to the hospital, but he had already died on the way to hospital.
