One more lead actress for the film will be finalised shortly.
Shruti will be the part of the film as one of the lead actresses, a press release issued here said.
Milan, who is known to give his actors a makeover be it Vidya Balan in "The Dirty Picture" or Ajay in "Once Upon A Time In Mumbai", is working towards doing the same with Shruti.
"Baadshaho" is a joint production venture of Bhushan Kumar and Milan.
The film, directed by Milan Luthria and written by Rajat Arora, is slated to release in 2016.
Shruti will next be seen in "Welcome Back".
