Six of family test dengue positiive

: Six members of a family have tested positive for dengue, of whom five are being treated at two private hospitals here, police said.
A couple, an elderly woman and two children,residents of Mettuthottam in Podanur on the outskirts, tested positive yesterday and the adults were admitted to a private hospital, police said.
Two children were undergoing treatment in another private hospital, they said.
Another woman family member was being taken to hospital, they said.
Meanwhile,a man spraying anti-dengue chemicals reportedly threatened a girl in the area from informing anybody about the disease, as she wanted to alert the authorities and also media persons, they said.
