The 41-year-old actress celebrated Thanksgiving with her family, but Loeb was not present, reported the New York Daily News.
Vergara is allegedly fed up with him and the couple have been spending time apart.
"She and Nick have been having problems since this summer, and they've been spending more time away from each other," a source said.
Vergara, who was named the highest-paid actress on TV by Forbes, is currently filming her sitcom in Los Angeles, while Loeb is in New York.
The 38-year-old businessman is said to be focusing on his condiment line, Onion Crunch, which he reportedly wanted Vergara to invest in.
