The company had posted a net loss of Rs 17.74 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal, Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (SPARC) said in a filing to BSE.
Its standalone total income from operations also rose to Rs 94.89 crore during the quarter under consideration.
The company's total income from operations stood at Rs 43.12 crore in the year-ago period, it said.
Shares of the company were trading 4.68 per cent up at Rs 352.25 ascrip on BSE.
