Special AC train for Katra

In order to clear the extra rush of pilgrims for Vaishno Devi shrine, Northern Railway has decided to run a special train for Katra on September 18.
New Delhi- Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra AC special train will depart from New Delhi station at 7.50 AM on September 18 to reach Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra station at 6.55 PM in the evening same day, said a senior Northern Railway official.
Comprising of Executive Class and AC Chair Car coaches, the special train will stop at Panipat, Ambala, Rajpura, Sirhind, Ludhiana, Phagwara, Jalandhar, Mukerian, Pathankot, Jammu and Udhampur stations enroute in the direction.
Tickets for the special train will be available from tomorrow.
