The cyclone, which hit on April 6, on the day two of its upcoming season's filming, forced production to temporarily evacuate the contestants and crew to safety, reported Entertainment Weekly.
Jeff Probst, who hosts "Survivor", revealed that it's the first time in the show's history that the entire cast had to be pulled from the game due to a cyclone on the filming location.
"For 32 seasons of Survivor, we've been very lucky to have escaped some severe storms. This time, the storm caught us. It was only day two, and in a matter of hours, a nice afternoon turned into a severe rainstorm that kept growing in intensity by the hour.
