Tegh Bahadur Gold Cup: Vikas 'tricks' for Hockey Bhopal

Vikas Choudhary scored a hat-trick to lead Hockey Bhopal to a 6-1 win over Western Railway in the 14th Tegh Bahadur Gold Cup hockey tournament here Monday.

Hockey Bhopal scored five goals in the second period after leading 1-0 at the break in the group B clash.

Manish Sharma, Taj Khan and Shakir Hussain were the other scorers for the Bhopal outfit.

Local outfit Western Railway got a late consolation goal through Darshan Gawkar, two minutes from the hooter.

This was the first win for the Bhopal side, who had lost to Indian Navy 2-5 Sunday.
