The team reached Bhavnagar yesterday and arrested Waza, and Makhwana from a lodge, the officer said.
According to Waza, he had paid Rs 65,000 to Shobha and Rs 11,000 to Makhwana.
The girl told police that she escaped from clutches of Waza with help of a woman who gave her Rs 500 to reach Mumbai.
