They are ASI Gurinder Singh, Head Constable Mehar Singh and Head Constable Kulwant Singh, DCP Kostav Sharma said.
The act of "accepting bribe" was recorded in the close circuit TV cameras by the owner of the guest house, he said.
The incident took place last week but an FIR was lodged in this connection today.
The three took the bribe in installments of Rs 25,000, Rs 5000 and Rs 10,000, alleged the guest house owner in the complaint.
Using such tactics, they demanded money from the guest house owner and their act of accepting "bribe" was captured in the CCTV cameras, the FIR said.
