Tin, lead slip on reduced demand

Tin, lead prices slipped at the non-ferrous metal market today following stockists selling amid subdued demand from alloy industries.
Elsewhere, copper cables scrap, copper wirebar and brass sheet cutting eased due to lower offtake from consumer industries.
Lead fell by Rs 7 per kg to Rs 150 from Monday's closing level of Rs 157.
Tin declined by Rs 5 per kg to Rs 1,475 from Rs 1,480.
Copper cables scrap and copper wire bar moved down by Rs 2 per kg each to Rs 400 and Rs 428 as against Rs 402 and Rs 430, respectively.
Brass sheet cutting softened by a Re per kg to Rs 319.
However, copper sheet cutting edged up by a Re per kg to Rs 385.
