TN government is like 50-50 biscuit, says Vasan

Tamil Maanila Congress (TMC) President G K Vasan today likened the AIADMK Government headed by Jayalalithaa to a 50-50 biscuit, saying it is marked by achievement and non-achievement equally.
Replying to a specific question from reporters here, he said it was like a 50-50 biscuit. Though government succeeded 50 per cent in governance and it had to achieve another 50 per cent in development and fulfilling aspirations of the people.
On the claims of other parties that TMC was supporting the AIADMK and may go with it in 2016 assembly elections, Vasan said his party was criticising the government where and when it was necessary.

On alliance, he said people wanted a clean and transparent government and TMC would form a combine according to their wishes.
The party would definitely seek participation in the government, if the alliance got the majority, Vasan said.
