Two youths drown in village pond

The incident took place when Shamsher (21) and Roshan (31) took their cattle to the village pond for bath, police said.

In an effort to fetch their cattle, Shamsher and Roshan entered the pond but slipped into the deep water and got drowned, they said.

The Kalanaur police later fished out both bodies from the pond.
