A court here today issued release order of Ukrainian model Daria Molcha who was arrested by the STF for staying in the country without valid Visa, an official said.
On April 3, Molcha (20) was arrested by the STF from a private hotel in Gorakhpur.
Civil judge senior division Surendra Pratap Singh issued her release order.
The order of release of Daria Molcha has been received but it came very late so she will be released on Friday morning, Gorakhpur district Jail superintendent Ramdhani said.
Two men from Kolkata, Chandari Rawat and Adarsh, reached Gorakhpur on a chartered plane and went to CJM court for release of Molcha.
The application of Molcha's bail was rejected by district court on April 12 after that the bail application was filed in the High Court which granted her bail about a week ago.
Ukrainian model crossed Indian border without any valid visa and she was arrested by STF from a private hotel at Park road, with a fake driving license on April 3.
