The new helpline numbers- 7570009251, 7570009252, 7570009253- are to facilitate the Railway passengers traveling from Kanpur to Delhi for issues related to safety, security and crime in Railways, GRP incharge Tripuraru Pandey said.
These numbers have been launched in Swarn Shatabdi Express, Shramshkati Express and Tufan Express and are set to be launched in Ajmer Siyaldah train by the end of this month.
The GRP team will lodge an FIR whenever a passenger faces any safety-related problem, he said.
